Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Within Australia

Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Australia.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Carriers: Orders are shipped via Australia Post or other reputable courier services.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If you notice an error, contact us within 3 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address or be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns of unused products within 65 days of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are covered by us.
